I'm doing an obligatory shout out to Stormpros for some awesome customer service.
I had an insurance adjuster out yesterday to assess the leaking from the recent storms. They said they didn't find anything other than a small break in my shingles in an area that wasn't actually leaking and that they would not cover anything with insurance since it's all wear and tear.
Several calls later, and one no-show Thomas from Stormpro's showed up and quickly identified the actual source of the leak and did the repair on the spot!

Marlin came out within 48 hours to inspect our roof/siding/bedroom ceiling for storm damage. He worked diligently with us, and our home insurance provider by providing all necessary, and additional requested documentation within hours of notification.

Stephanie, is always friendly, personable, and ready to meet your questions/concerns with a smile...you can hear it in her voice.

I was previously in a contract with a different roofing company (NOT STORM PROS) when I found out that they were trying to charge me for things that weren't actually going to be done (and yes, they actually admitted to me that this was the case). Luckily, no work had been started, so I was able to remove myself from that situation. Storm Pros was recommended to me by an insurance adjuster after I explained my situation with the previous roofer.

My experience with Storm Pros was very positive. Of course, no contracting company is perfect, but Storm Pros really went above and beyond when working with me. Stephanie, who is one of the owners, was the first person I spoke with from the company. She was extremely helpful and kind. She took the time to explain the insurance process up front, and she never made me feel like a bother when I had questions. After speaking with her, she put me in contact with Tim who was the project manager for my area. Tim was very understanding of my previous experience and was also helpful and kind. He also took the time to walk through everything with me, so that I knew exactly what work would be done. He also never made me feel like a bother when I had questions (and boy did I have a lot of them for him). Due to the amount of work being done, I believe we worked together for around two months. That's two months worth of questions that Tim answered for me...and never once acted like I was wasting his time or creating more work for him.

We ended up not only getting the roof replaced, but also the gutters and had some interior work done as well. Tim made sure I was happy with how things were progressing through each job, and checked in regularly.

I rate the customer service of Storm Pros very highly. Stephanie and Tim were great. Tim even made my kids feel included in what was going on when he was at the house.

When all of the work was done, there were some issues to address, and Stephanie helped with that. She worked with me until the very end to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I am happy with the work that was done and the customer service that was received.
