Steve was great to help me sell, and helped the process along. I was out of state so he was super helpful. I left a few pieces of furniture in the house for showing and Steve offered to have it put into my storage unit. Jump forward a year and I found out my dinette set never made into storage. I asked Steve about it and his response was disappointing… “I really can't recall what was moved or not. I'm trying to remember who did it and I'm pretty sure it was through My property manager but I can't recall.” …. It wasn’t a valuable piece of furniture by all means but the non caring response was discouraging.
