Terrible people skills by office. Instead of trying to solve my issue, it was made more difficult. Kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain my situation. Kept rolling her eyes at me. Kept looking at me like i was wasting her time. At one point, she gave me I business card. I ended up lightly tossing it down on the countertop/ desk area where she was seated. She accused my of throwing it at her, like it was some type of weapon, before asking me to leave the office.

I also made attempts to solve my situation a few days earlier by phone, but I ended up having to drive to the office. I was speaking at a normal tone, just wanting my issue to be solved.

After reading other reviews, seems like Teresa shouldn't be in the position she is in. Seems like she's just angry.

Please please don’t contract with this property management there are 2 ladies that very rude When my dad always go they give him attitude and they are too rude with him they never solve his problem and they are always the use and decline to repair of house things we already told them that we gonna do police report if u continue but they never understand they are a big headache for us anyone see my review please please don’t get house with them 2 ladies in here are the same with u talk with one of them the another one come as boss

Called for filling out the applications and the person who pick up the phone gave away major attitude. She said her name is Jackie. She talked down to me and changed her voice to a small voice as if I was a baby for asking simple questions. I simply told her please do not talk me like that. Then she mock me saying “ please don’t talk me like that” in a baba a voice. Extremely rude and unprofessional!

No customer service skills, rude, and very unprofessional. Their repairs are a joke and they are thieves. I hope the individual home owners know how bad this company is and they probably don't see any of the money their charging for the repair estimates ( ESTIMATES NOT ACTUAL REPAIRS) they get and not the actual repairs. I read the reviews but considering they shopped at my place of business, I gave them ( Teresa McPherson and her husband/repair person)the benefit of the doubt. I was dumb not to listen to what the reviews were saying. DON'T DO IT! I LEFT THE HOUSE MOVE IN READY AND THEY'RE TRYING TO CHARGE ON TOP OF THE $ 2700 DEPOSIT WE PAID. ONE OF THE CHARGES ARE FOR BIRD POOP THAT WAS THERE WHEN WE MOVED IN AND WE NOTIFIED THEM BUT NOW IT'S MY FAULT. I ALSO WAS CHARGED FOR LANDSCAPING SERVICES THAT WERE NEVER PROVIDED. SEE YOU GUYS IN COURT! I HAVE LOTS OF PROOF, VIDEOS, ECT......

I would never ever ever recommend renting from this property management company. It has been nothing but a nightmare since day one. I moved in and the house was completely filthy. Facttely clean the home myself when I moved in being a desperate single mom on my own looking for a place to live. After that I spent six months with no front bathroom due to the fact that they had Unlicensed workers working on the bathroom and they had to have several attempts to fix my bathroom. At one point I had to let them know that I felt uncomfortable because they had people smoking crack in the front of my home and I was home with a newborn. It only got worse when I moved out I had the home completely professionally cleaned the carpets cleaned and they still tempted to charge me for everything. $1400 later they still proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for other peoples damages. This company has been nothing but the least bit of a problem to work with. I highly do not recommend they have non-licensed workers coming in to take care of the home if you have an issue or a question or concern. I would never trust my home in their care. I strongly advise you take videos of your home when you move in and your home and when you move out. I hope this never happens to anybody else and I hope this makes a difference and you think twice about going with this property management company it has been a nightmare to say the least. I will be seeing them in small claims court

I'm so upset I called and once again jay answered with a attitude. I don't know why she talks the way she does i need help to go higher up does anyone know who is the owner is of stanislaus Property I feel like she is racist .. she started jumping that she can't do anything until it gets approved and I asked will it be done today she responded nope

This is the worst property management! I lived in this house for 15yrs before the owner decided to go with them! Horrible! Don't rent from them! Run! They made me move, couldn't take it! 2 inspection a year and they don't fix anything! I'm trying to pack and move and the want to do an inspection in the middle of it! Smh! I asked nicely to wait until I moved! Nope they couldn't wait! Run! We even had a power outage during a holiday and could not get a hold of anyone! We had to pay someone ourselves! When they finally did contact us after the holidays were over they told us we should have just waited! SMH! After I moved they are trying to charge me almost 7,000! Lol We are going to take both the landlord and property mgmt to court!

We were told our home would be ready on a specific date, the same day they gave us the keys to move. As soon as we arrived, the door knob was damaged that I really thought we were given the wrong keys. Straight to the point, it was a wreck inside. Stove was extremely filthy, toilets were clogged and yellow, carpet in closet was never changed. Lately, we have been seeing what can be either mice or rats in this place. The backyard was never touched, dirt is all uneven and weeds are grown almost a foot off the ground so my kids can't even play out there. A couple of the blinds were extremely dirty and their excuse of not changing some was that they "still" work, but then after multiple complaints they were switched for new ones. Ac/Heater wasn't working. Light bulb wasn't working in one room. One of the faucets in the bathroom leaked out water through it. Inside the cabinets were still filthy and to sum this all up, they said they had done a "walk-through" at this home to ensure that this place was ready to move in before the date.
