Somebody at this office needs to be fired I came in last Friday October 31 2025 to do a test for a forklift position. Finish the test they said I would receive a call on Monday to see if I passed or not haven’t heard anything from them. Then when I call I don’t get any answer phone just ring leave a voicemail and they still don’t return my call. Yea somebody gotta go because this is unprofessional and unacceptable for an temp agency

The staffing agency scheduled us for 2:30pm on Christmas Eve to get the initial interview finished up. When we arrive at 2:15pm we find out the place is closed. Guess they won't get work from us. Don't go here for the job in Surprise, Expeditors.

If I could give 0 stars I would but where to do begin... good luck trying to find employment through the ladies working here. From the second I walked in I was barked at by the first girl and after a while of waiting and it wasn't a problem for her to acknowledge me she "helped" me in the most rude and condensending tone, did not give me any solutions to my questions and only handed me 2 pieces of papers with numbers and said text that once again with no information on who I'm texting or looking for or follow up with. I understand if they don't staff that location but this lady also did not offer any other positions or spots for hire just told me "I can't help you text that number" pointing that the scrap in my hand
You're job is to staff companies and KEEP them staffed that's how you get paid that's how your company gets paid the least you could do from your desk is hire and keep people wanting to be employed not turn them away when they have genuine questions

This staffing agency could really care less about people and as long as they get their money out of you they don’t care if you get paid or not. I asked the recruiter days in advance to confirm my hours and pay she waiting to the last day to tell my hours were locked and lied to make it seem like I would get paid accordingly but yet I am still waiting and they will hang up the phone in your face and they won’t reply to your messages. The worse staffing agency I’ve ever dealt with and I will not be working with them for too much longer as I’m going to find something better which will not be too hard

*edit* The following Monday I spoke with Monica and she was actually very pleasant and communicative. I understand technical errors happen but communication errors can be easily fixed with COMMUNICATION so that’s what they lacked Friday and that is what Monica excelled in this morning. I would add another star on her behalf so that give the agency 2 stars now lol

I walked in the office looking for work and two ladies at the desk asked me if I wanted to work at Conair. I worked there before and I wasn’t eligible again because it didn’t work out and I made that clear with them on my first visit. They told me it was no problem if I pass my background they’ll find me another place. I gave them all my info and took a drug and waited a week to start a new job they told me about that they told me WASNT CONAIR. After I passed all on boarding she sent me a text to start at Conair so I called her and asked her why she sent me to Conair knowing I’m not eligible and her short rude response was “ Mijo, you don’t want to work at Conair because you got in a fight(which isn’t true)so I don’t have any other job to put you.” Hung up on me immediately after didn’t apologize and I never heard from her again. If Conair was the only option I wouldn’t have signed up and left the temp agency immediately.

If i could leave 0 star i would! These are the most unprofessional people i have ever met in my life. I had 2 missions with them and had the same issue in both missions. If you have any other option, do not go to this agency. They do not care about people, monica will be on the phone for hours while people are waiting on her plus they will never answer to your phone calls. Also an issue with payment. I can’t believe them.

Decided to go yesterday after trying to get ahold of someone on the phone for weeks. Not sure how long this sign has been up. No one ever came back. Quite unprofessional. Does the number listed not work ? No one ever answers the phone. How are y'all finding work with them ? I can’t even get a simple response.
