I don't understand why they don't allow the flat owners to view the flat bought and payment done upto 90% They give safety as excuse but several people are working with safety in the building which is ready upto 27th floor...It creates suspicion on the quality of work they are doing & the materials being used, otherwise every builder are transparent to their customers...I complained about leakage from main roof slabs in all rooms but no formal reply received till date... Not having good feeling about the building quality ?

Poor quality construction, building can fall any time , building material has started falling I was saved by grace of God as it fell at near me, don’t buy such poor quality flats

i visited there but they are not showing the actual building flat ..just the demo flat in sales office , even if you buy the flat as per the list and document they will not show the actual flat before buying as per there sale person dont know y

Edited review: I booked a unit in Tower B in November 2023 and must say that I'm having a pathetic experience dealing with their team now. You'll be ignored and disrespected like never before after you make the initial payments. Government offices like Mhada works better that Kalpataru Sales and CRM team.

Deepti Desai who I thought was an excellent sales manager during the prebooking has also gone unresponsive to my communication. She was always responsive, professional, and friendly during pre-sales but the entire onsite team has stopped responding to me with my inquiries after major chunk of payment was made. They recommended me to pay TDS upfront for all slabs and now send me demand with TDS amount. They have no way to minus TDS from each demand that is sent and suggest to make payment excluding TDS but their portal shows the outstanding amount for TDS difference. Yash, Dinesh from CRM and Namrata from payment support are all clueless of how to handle these concern despite being with Kalpataru for years. Looks like that's how they work.
