Springhouse Village is hands down the best Active Adult Community in Salt Lake County! The clubhouse amenities/activities and events are amazing.

We love our new home and community! All the activities give us a real sense of belonging. The exercise classes are wonderful and a way to make new friends and stay healthy. There are clubs and activities to suit everyone. We try to engage in all the activities but there is just too many. What a luxury to have!

It is a fun and outgoing place, we have dinners, party's, games, wine nights, dance parties the list could go on. We get together once a month plan out what kind of things we can do every month. It get our community to get together and visit people and meet new people. Justine has worked very hard on getting new things. It is always something that all the community can get involved. Justine has done a great job for all of us. It is exciting to read the activities for the week early so we can mark our calendars. So if we have large dinner nights everyone is ask to bring a side, desserts anything to help with the dinners. I would say that our community has always had fun. Justine has been great working with on all the events her work has been exciting and lots of fun. Justine is a hard work to get all of us together and like the things she bring for activities.

We’ve lived here for 7 months now, and are so happy with the community. We love the available activities, amenities, and lifestyle! Our interactions with the office staff have been positive and personal, too.

My husband and I are on the younger side of this 55+ community, and have met people of many ages and interests whom we now call friends! I especially love participating in the clubs and lifestyle activities. We love it here!

We live in the best area, called Springhouse Village. We couldn’t have found a better place to live, our neighbors are so willing to help at the drop of a bucket, and are so friendly.
At our beautiful clubhouse, there are so many activities to choose from,. Justine, our activities director, is there to listen and except any new thoughts that one might have to better our community and to add new activities to the abundance that are available.
All that I can say is that my husband and I are very comfortable here and very satisfied in this area!

New Active 55+ community in Daybreak recently started construction and will build out over 400 new homes. Private Community Center and pool, dedicated Activities Director, plus all of Daybreak's amenities, including over 30 miles of bicycle and walking trails, numerous parks, and an expansive fitness and meeting center.

We have lived here for 3 years and love it! We have made many new friends participating in the numerous fun activities that the lifestyle director, Justine, plans for the residents on a weekly basis. It is a great retirement community and we are so happy that we purchased our home here!
