I worked with Patrick and he was awesome!! From the moment I called Spring Bengtzen and her team I knew I had picked the right realtor. I had a very short window to buy a home because we were moving in from out of state. Patrick, very quickly accessed my wife and I's needs and our personality and put us in a position to make an offer on the right house in the right neighborhood, and he was spot on. We bought a home while out of state, and could not have done it without Karlie's expertise. She made herself available on very short notice since we had a tight window of time in which to find something. She was very patient, and was happy to walk through homes with us as many times as needed so we could feel comfortable with our decision. Working with Darian was a breeze, he made the entire home buying process simple and was able to complete our journey in record time.
