The two California registered architect principals bring unusual depth and breadth of experience to the young firm. I brought them onto my project team to explore redevelopment potential for a full block in-city shopping center. Their bright ideas, conveyed rapidly with compelling graphics resulted in a significantly higher than anticipated selling price and rapid closing. Immediate grasp of pivotal zoning and neighborhood concerns produced reality-based feasibility studies conveyed in a valuable marketing format. Plus, they were great fun to work with.
