Muy malo, yo les Rento un local y le cobran a UNO hasta la pluma c la q escriben, los Gastos del realtor y si UNO de Los locales se tiene q reparar algo quieren q los q rentamos lo paguemos, pagamos gastos q nadie sabe q son, un security q solo viene n la madrugada q nadie ve un limpuador de ventanas q nunca sabemos cuando fue y es horrible rentarles a ellos... yo tengo mas de un año c l techo destruido y todavia no vienen
