Steven came and helped us right away with our boilers. We have 6 boilers, 200 plus units 500 plus people without hot water. Within the hour of his arrival he figured out right away what the problem was.. unlike most company all the parts were on his truck to our Raypak boilers. Within 2 hours the whole complex got hot water. Thank you for your prompt help and service!

We had a 9 AM Appointment scheduled by our business properties agent. At 10:30 AM I reached out to our agent due to the fact that the service technician had not shown up for the appointment. We were informed the technician would be arriving by 10:45 AM, due to being stuck in traffic already being 90 minutes late to the appointment. He still did not arrive until an hour later at 11:30 AM. He took out the old filters and proceeded to tell us he was going to grab the new filters. He did not specify he was going to the store to PURCHASE the new filters and why wouldn't he have them on him as a technician....? We could not turn our AC or Heating on because we had no filters and could not leave our office because we had to wait for him, not knowing when he was going to be back. When he came back I asked him why he had to go out and purchase filters and he said that the company had no information regarding what size filters the units in this building are even though they have been servicing this building for the last 2 years....which sees like an ineffective system for a company to have. The technician also explained that the reason he was late was because the address his company gave him was a PO BOX and not an actual address...again, how do you mix that information up? In the end the technician was apologetic for the mistakes made today and I just hope his company takes the time to get this right.
