I could not be more pleased with dealing with Southridge Builders on my home project. I had over $60k worth of water damage in my laundry room/kitchen and was recommended to call them. Right from the start Rob was nothing but communicative and just amazing to work with. Michael and his entire crew answered all of my crazy questions (and trust me, I had a lot of them) throughout the whole process and kept me updated every step of the way. I now have a gorgeous new kitchen and flooring throughout the house and I cannot say how much it has been a pleasure dealing with them. Working with Southridge Builders in Grants Pass was like having a team of home improvement superheroes—with a sense of humor! We have had Southridge Builders work on two projects. The first project was removing a patio roof. It was accomplished in less time and less money than the original estimate. We recently had them paint the outside of our home. They made sure that we were happy with the colors and finished the job efficiently. We are very happy with the work they have done for us.

I discovered a leak that led to the warping of my wood floor. I called Southridge Builders and they responded in less than 1 hour. They advised me to contact my insurance company right away. SRB had high powered fans in my home right away to dry the leak, found the leak and stopped it within minutes! These guys are very friendly and professional. They took over the communication with my insurance co, keeping me in the loop the whole way. These guys really know their stuff, everything they did was top notch and I didn't have to worry about anything - they covered it all. Their entire crew was amazing and so thoughtful of our family and the stress we had to go through. I no longer think of these guys as contractor, they feel like part of the family!!
