We were nervous about such a big foundation fix on our 100+year old home (brand new to us) but every day Mike communicated with me, kept me updated, shared photos of the progress and answered all of my questions. I am late posting but let me tell you how good God is. I looked up several structural specialists and decided to use this company. Mr. Brian was such an amazing man. He is definitely a people person who really cares about helping others. He was a great listener and was very thorough in explaining what was needed. I am so happy because he didn't take advantage of me and was about his business. He assessed the situation and the next thing I know, my crawl space was cleared secured. We had a great experience with Southern Home Structural. Originally, they were not able to meet our schedule but, later were able to rearrange their work to accommodate our need. Over approximately 2.5 days they installed 6 helical piers to stabilize a portion of a cracked/sinking foundation. Drew and his team worked diligently and at the end tidied up the job site by raking it out and laying pine straw. Highly recommend.
