Rob, Ellie and the whole gang over at SOS Homes & Land are simply the best! If I ever have an issue with my rental, they are SUPER-RESPONSIVE to take care of it. They not only painted the entire interior before I moved in, SOS re-sided the home & added a mini-split & painted all the exterior trim as well. Couldn't be happier! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

If I could give them a -5 star rating I would in a heart beat. Rob is who I have mainly dealt with, paid a $1000/deposit for a duplex that was supposed to be ready before Valentines day in February of 2024. It is now the 19th of February 2024 and he is refusing to refund my deposit for a lease I never signed and for a property I never stepped foot inside of. Corrupt family with corrupt ways. Their son is another reliable source for this information, he even walked out on their family business and is no longer on speaking terms with his father (Rob) because of the corrupt ways he didn't want to be apart of.

The staff at SOS homes is top notch. They are knowledgeable and easy to work with.
My family and I were treated extremely well from the day we called several years ago.
Rob and his staff provided us with valuable information as to raising our credit scores and getting ready to be in the buying game.
A year later, I contacted Rob again and we started the process of loan pre approval with his staff. They helped us with all the tough questions and stuck with us through the nervous calls, and uncertainty that sometimes comes with the process.
In November of 2020 we closed on an amazing property that is perfect for our family.
We couldn't be happier with the service SOS Homes provided.
I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with honesty, and who wants to find a place to be proud of.

I personally haven't had much success with SOS. Every time I've contacted them I've been told that they have no properties available. I have a good job, I make good money, and I have a fair (and getting better) credit score. I haven't the foggiest idea as to the validity that they have no available properties.

Lived there a year. Nice and quite peaceful!! Only left due to having 2 children that live with us and the other 3 wanting to move back. Also rent was a little out of my budget. Not a bad place! Cleaned up alot with these new owners! The maintenance guy is nice works hard an fast to get what ever needs fixed done!
