I have worked with Sonja since 2018 when she was willing to provide a free market analysis on our family home and again in 2021 and 2024 when we finally listed it for sale. Sonia advised us on pricing and our family home sold close to asking knowing that it needed work. She helped us during the negotiation process providing options. There were some issues within our family, but she guided us well because of her excellent people skills! She was extremely patient!
Hats off to your people skills Sonja! I know we challenged you.

Before escrow closed, Sonja and her team showed me condos in the area in my price range. I found one that I loved, but it was a bit out of my budget. Sonja was willing to creatively negotiate terms to make the sale happen! Sonja worked hard on my behalf and managed to keep track of requested repairs better than I could!
