I would give Steve O'Donnell and Chris Jenkinson ten stars if I could. They had our home under contract in less than two days; they sold it in under 12 days. Like closed-the-deal-we-made-big-bucks sold. They fought for us and didn't take BS from anyone. They turned around and got us our dream home the next month: cul-de-sac. Quarter acre yard. ADU ready. Literally perfect for myself, husband, toddler, and brand-new baby. I didn't think it was possible. But they negotiated the seller's agent to be within our budget and made it happen. I am still in awe they pulled it off. Sonder Real Estate has our business for life. But then again, we might never need another home because they did such a great job with this one. My family is forever grateful.

Pepper Bishop was our realtor. I will always recommend him for as long as he's a realtor. Honestly I thought buying a home and especially at my age would be a mess. Pepper was not only our realtor but our "tour guide" thru all this. A big thank you Pepper for your patience with us. He explained everything down to every detail the first time we met. He made sure we found the right home, and when we did, he worked to get us to the mortgage we felt comfortable with. After we closed, I told him we felt like we "slid" all thru the process, no time wasted, or unnecessary stuff required. Straight to the point. I feel like we just pointed at a house and he just took care of the rest to get it for us.
Coming from a nightmarish experience with our previous realtor and home, I entered in this deal being VERY skeptical but this time is the total opposite. I recommend Pepper and Sonder to anyone looking for a home.
Again, THANK YOU Pepper for your diligence and transparency and for helping us become homeowners again.
