I attended a workshop on retirement and Prop 19 given by Sona Baghdassarian at the West Covina Senior Center.
The information presented was very informative and valuable. She covered everything in great detail and answered the participants’ questions diligently. She was very approachable.
On the topic of retirement, she presented good and sound advice; giving attendees food for thought. I recommend anyone approaching retirement age to attend her workshop if given the opportunity.

Sona worked closely with my Fiance and I for about 6 months to try and find a home that matched our ideal starter home. She helped us set goals and gain a working knowledge of what we needed to know as first time homebuyers.

Our ideal home was pretty difficult to find as we had some particular wants that were difficult to find in the areas we were looking in and the price range we could afford. Regardless of the difficultly, Sona continuously kept an eye out for us and sent us any and all listings that matched our description right when they hit the market.

Any time we saw a place we thought would be worth it to check out for a visit. Sona made the time to meet us at the home for a tour. Her knowledge and expertise allowed her to give keen insights into details we would have otherwise missed on these visits.

We eventually found and fell in love with our current home. With Sona's help, we had a smooth and issue free closing in escrow. I can't imagine how stressful this whole process would have been without her!

I rate Sona a 20 out of 10 and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!
