Very poor communication. Makes appointment and then does not show. I waited around all day for an appointment that was suppose to happen "between 8-12". Never showed or called to reschedule. Passes the buck with who is responsible. We closed on our house in February 2021. Had some glitches. Like switches mixed. Paint skips, light problems, door sticking. nothing we could not get fixed. But then we started having other problems. 1. There is a sink hole in my back yard due to poor drainage. 2. The fence was crooked and not right. 3. Paint speckles on floor, not able to clean. 4. The landscape rocks have been removed by workers and not put back. 5. Workers cut our internet lines even after we warned them they were digging too close. 6. The shutters that were not put on originally as agreed due to manufacturing problems were finally put on six months later and are crooked, unpainted, and nails sticking out. I can go on but I really want the drainage fixed and the shingles fixed and the landscape put back now. They make an appointment with the contractor, I stay home all day, and then they don't show!
I will do whatever it takes to make sure anyone I know or talk to does not buy anything here in Solterra by Fairfield. The speck houses are great, or the houses that have been sold and then the owners fixed everything themselves before selling. But would not recommend buying from fresh built. Okay, I won't even get into the way the construction workers have poor work etiquette.

If there was a negative rating, I'd give it. They have a "pastor" who is a salesman for the company. My 82 year old father moved to Arizona with faith that he would find a home. He told the salesman he was 99.9% sure he would buy the house that would be completed by October. He wanted to check on living arrangements. He was with his real estate agent who offered to write up the contract and the salesman told him there wasn't a need that he'd "hold it" for him. They set up a time today to get the contract under way. Then he gets a text saying there's no need, the house has been sold. The salesman's boss was there today, in-person or by phone, and chastised my father's real estate agent telling her she should've known better and should've had a contract written. Fairfield builders in Green Valley Arizona are a bunch of liars. Walk away. Don't even visit their model homes.

More of the growth here in Green Valley AZ. Adding another forty lots. Single family homes. Part of Green Valley Recreation. Prices on homes have seen increases in the past few weeks. There are lot premiums on some of the lots. HOA fees. Pool and recreation center near by. This is a safe community.

Stefanie Duncan is a pleasure to work with. We talked with numerous home owners, toured a recently finished house of the same model and did our research before deciding to purchase a Fairfield Home in Solterra at Las Campanas. The quality of the build met our standards. The style of the Catalina One model is modern and very open. The layout of the community is tiered with houses on only one side of the street. This gives everyone a view of the mountains without having to see someone else's back yard.

Attempted to work with "Cole" VP of sales on a spec home purchase. He wasted allot of my time. Inexperience showed. His father attempted to cover for his sons inability to perform his job and was not professional. Very poor communication skills and felt like we were getting strung along. Did not return calls in a timely manner. I would not recommend them . Too big for their own good and yours.

Nice community in Green Valley. Floor plans are the typical for this area 2 bed 2 bath plus den. Prices start in the low 300k.

This subdivision is centrally located and new homes are still being built
by Fairfield. It is close to shopping and one of the Green Valley Recreation Centers that offers swimming, exercise equipment and social activities.

No communication or responsiveness. Allows their construction crews and vendors to work pre-dawn (5am!) and doesn't care about their neighbors.
