I live in Casper, Wyoming, and this evening I was dining at a local restaurant called Wyoming Ale Works across from about ten or so employees of your Company. They were loud, obnoxious, belligerent and rude to their sever to boot. I watched the entire interaction carry on for about an hour or so, they then left. I noticed their sever return to clear the table and collect her debit slip, and she began to cry. I asked her about what happened and the showed me their ticket, a bill for approximately $340 with no tip. No cash on the table, no anything.
Now, that’s not how we do things in Wyoming. I slid her $100 because whomsoever is in charge of one of your corporate credit card evidently couldn’t care less of somebody reliant on their tips.
As I was leaving, there were several of your employees still in the parking lot hanging out between your Company-branded trucks. I confronted them about the situation and told them it’d behoove them to reconsider how your company is being represented, to which my husband and I were met with disparaging and obscene remarks.
I hope this can be addressed. In the meantime, perhaps it’s time to reassess your employee field training.
