Terrible surveyors, unprofessional. I do not recommend. Took them 6 months to complete my request, and did not do it the way I requested after sending an email and verbally speaking to 3 different people. The office manager is very unprofessional, even her apology was not an apology. Final survey was with held until payment, which I have never had to do. Cost is outrageous, 3x more than verbally quoted over the phone. I had to use a different surveyor to complete what they did not do. I will never use this business again. BEWARE!
