What!?! A 5 star realty business on Google! I believe it, Kennen is just amazing at his job. He was so patient as we were way too picky and took years to find the perfect house. We jus moved in last month and I am more grateful for him everyday. Speaking of moving he actually came and helped us move both times we moved. He didn't have to do that but he did it any way.

When we sold a house he sold it in 4 days and $10,000 above asking. When we were buying, he solved strange and complex HOA issues and actually got us out of the HOA which is unheard of. These were our special cases but if you want a knowledgeable realtor that will care I highly recommend Kennen and his team! They get the job done!
