We had the privilege of working with Kelsey throughout our home buying process - and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! As first-time homebuyers, everything was very new to us. Jeff and his team bring experience, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail. Jeff took the initiative to share with me potential homes that I might be interested in after meeting me at a showing where he was the seller's agent. Jan Antonelli is the absolute BEST! We 100% wouldn't be in the house we are right now without her knowledge, experience, and incredible negotiating skills. She was able to figure out not only what we were looking for, but what was best for us. We moved in from out of state and were able to leverage her knowledge of the state, down to the towns and neighborhoods. And anything she was unsure of, she researched for us (including going to our Town Hall for some information). She provided us with both in-person and virtual open house visits, she walked us through the bid process, kept us updated every step of the way, and remained positive when bids fell through. And if I haven't already mentioned this, her negotiating skills are ON POINT!
