I called a few places near me to have my septic tank pumped ASAP. Sloan's was one of the ones that were further away, which is not usually deali considering that milage is part of the pricing for this service. The rest of the places were closer, but they all seemed like just guys with trucks. And every single one of them answered while driving via really bad speaker phone. I almost thought I call the same place twice.

However, Sloan's answered professionally and assisted me beyond what should be expected. That included informing me that there would be extra costs due to fuel and that there may be someone closer that may be cheaper. She also explained what may happen, how much it may be(final cost was less than quote!), how long it may be til they could get here, and what to doning the meantime. All with no clear expectation of me using them.

To me the choice was clear. I arranged the appointment with the owner who was able to accommodate my preference for texting(bad service calling hardly works). There was excellent communication and they were there sooner than I thought.

The driver was friendly, professional, and obviously very capable. He did a wonderful job with a tough tank and was done in no time!

I know a lot of this seems like what you should expect, but besides the fact that hardly anyone provides quality service, it was beyond that. I even felt compelled to write this explicit review. I definitely recommend them and will use them if I am ever in need again (hopefully not though 😁)

A family business with perfect service and a one on one customer contact. They are the people you need to do business with. I will only use them again!!!!!
