We had new decking installed in our Park City home and even paid extra to ensure slope to prevent water pooling. Just a few years later the deck looks awful and discolored (see attached photos). We contacted Slade Group for remedy and they so far have been unwilling to help at all. The pictures reflect the quality of the product they installed and lack of slope to prevent pooling. We did get a manufacturer refund for the decking material, but that accounts for less than 10 percent of the cost we paid. Now we are getting new bids to redo their work.

Slade Group is amazing. Paul, Jesse, Nick, and Kari are wonderful people who take the time to understand your construction needs. Slade Group built our specialty coffee shop in a space that was formerly a Subway, and we were thrilled with the way that they brought our vision to life. Paul, Jesse, and Nick are by far the most honest, knowledgeable, and are true craftsman. We hired the Slade Group to finish two rooms, to completely repaint and re-carpet our new home. Add gas lines and minor electrical. They had roughly 2 1/2 weeks to complete this project. Paul communicated through every phase of the project and was onsite daily to insure the work was on schedule. The Slade Group was very personable, friendly, and went above and beyond to insure every detail was done with the highest quality. On time, fair priced, willing to work with your vision, and honest in every aspect. Highly recommend the Slade Group.

The Slade Group is a family run local business that prides themselves in upfront direct honesty and transparency, quality work, and accountability. I’ve heard horror stories from friends and colleagues about how their contractors abandoned their jobs or overbooked themselves and their jobs took much longer than quoted — not so with the Slade Group. They worked long hard hours and made sure the work was of the highest quality (we live in a high end neighborhood and we are very very happy with the remodel results). Paul and his sons communicated with us regularly about how the work was progressing and we always had an open dialog with him and his team. I would have no reservations whatsoever recommending the Slade group to my family and best friends for all levels of general contracting — from simple repairs to major overhauls. In fact, I have already recommended them to many. If you’re thinking of remodeling, give them a ring. You won’t be disappointed.

Paul Slade and his crew were amazing! They installed an exterior entrance and breezeway with a roof for me. I am in real estate and therefore work with MANY contractors, Paul is by far THE BEST I have worked with. He communicated every step of the way, explained the process and steps involved, explained the charges and gave a very fair bid. His work was completed on time and the quality is top notch!! I have since recommended him to many people and will definitely be calling him for any future projects. He is the opposite of most residential contractors who are slow, non-communicative and late. You will not ever find a contractor that is more noligable about his work he does. Paul is a great person to have doing what ever home improvement job you have. He is very professional and totally the most honest person you will come acrossed. Definitely give paul and his crew a call if you need any construction done he is Awesome.
