One bedrooms are nice but never once did maintenence come change out the filter. Still had the one left in my apartment at move in, unused at move out. There is trash all through the woods and is never tidied up. My front door flooded every time it rained, locks didn't lock properly and maintenence looked and said it was fine. Had proof of.someone living in my attic ( fingerprints all over the attic access panel that were not there days before) maintenence sent and on camera they literally looked at how I had the doors to attic closed off, looked at pictures on my fridge and left. Told me " no one is there, but keep your cameras on to catch them coming and going." My cameras would turn off randomly without my internet reporting an outage. Friends stayed there with me at first and reported seeing lights from a cell phone flashlight in vents. Nothing was done and I was afraid to be home alone and did not feel safe anymore. I sent photos of proof via email and then actual printed photos with key return. The month I stayed elsewhere my electric was higher than normal as was my water bill so someone was using it. The only thing they were worried about was my feeding the stray cats that had been abandoned at 10 weeks old. Broke my lease 3 months early. Left the apt clean and immaculate. Rented it out within a month of me leaving but gave 0 deposit back.

We were told when we moved in that they were gonna fix a massive crack in the upstairs bathroom; never happened. We was here not even a month and had trouble with our ac they came by did something and now the upstairs part don’t work, we had water leaks that are still yet to be fixed after calling multiple times and told they would come out and fix it, as well as mold under the kitchen sink. This place isn’t worth the hassle or the price. Not to mention a ton of damage and the fact they didn’t even bother to clean and fix stuff before we moved it.

Terrible place, do not rent here. They won't give me my half of the deposit back after I moved out even though my lease was up. It's over priced junk. When I moved in, the water heater was leaking, there is a crack on the bathroom counter, and constant leak under the kitchen sink due to cheap pipes. Since DJ left, it has gone downhill.
