You will hear many traditional realtors say "you get what you pay for" when you ask about using a realtor who discounts their fees. Well we chose Brett and got way more than we payed for. We were in a place where few needed to save on commission fees due to our house not being worth way more than what we paid for it. Brett was recommended in a local FB group when I asked about a good realtor with discounted fees. I reached out to him. The number went directly to his cell phone, first great sign.
