I got the chance to see the Simone Development team's ground breaking ceremony at
what will soon be the Catholic Health Urgent Care & Ambulatory Center in Centereach
Long Island, and I have to say it was an absolute pleasure to attend and meet their team. I was very impressed with their ambitious plans to transform the space, and I think their vision for the Centereach community is a testament of their dedication to improving the communities they work in.

I have taken my elderly grandparents to their doctor appointments at the Hutchinson Metro Center, one of Simone Development Companies Properties, on countless occasions. This center has made this process smooth by offering FREE and convenient parking - which, especially in the Bronx, is unheard of. This beautiful center has been an asset to the Bronx community. I would like to give a huge thank you to Simone Development Companies, who have created centers like these giving Bronx and other NYC residents the easy accessibility to receive healthcare stress-free.

Hutchinson Metro Center is such a wonderful and much needed fixture of the Bronx. It's done so much to lift the community. Lots of services and amenities in one location. Very convenient, safe, and free parking!!! Honestly makes life so much easier.

Simone's vision is second to none! I was lucky enough to be on site when they broke ground on a new facility in Centereach, Long Island with Catholic Health. That building will save and change lives thanks to Joe Simone..

I have seen many negative reviews on google removed. In my experience this is indicative of their unprofessional and uncompassionate way in which this business is run. I thoroughly would not recommend - they provide terrible customer service and show little regard for their cliental.
