We had Silver Peak do a wind load analysis for glamping tents and then also draw up decks and do structural analysis of them. We received both items less than 3 days after requesting them! Jayson is fantastic to work with. Silverpeak has provided a great set of remodel plans that were adjusted multiple times to appease various city requirements and contractor changes. They were prompt and always kind. They even came in with the finished product faster than expected.

We had an issue with a suspended slab garage floor. Abe came and did an evaluation, wrote up recommendation. We took it to the city for approval, got a local steel fabricator to do the repair. Significantly less cost than some of the alternatives. Very happy with their work! Easy to work with!

I've had Silverpeak help me with some remodel work a couple of times. They are always responsive and don't judge your questions (i'm not a professional). They come quickly, explain exactly what you need and will draw up plans for you. No, it's not free, but they're a business and are professionals and their price is reasonable. Certainly a lot cheaper than starting something and having to tear it out later. If you're doing something, don't risk it. Give them a call. They will help with very small jobs or large ones. They will also help you later (with no additional fees) if you still have questions or need more help.

Difficult to get a response. Did not inform us of when they were coming to our property. Delayed our project. Did not do the job right. Broke contract. Inserted erroneous information on our survey that had to be corrected. Did not file our survey with the county until we insisted multiple times. Rude and condescending. No apology or compensation for breaking contract. Don't do it. Find a professional group instead.
