terrible company please do not live in any apartment they own. don’t expect to get your security deposit back or an itemized list per arizona laws. i will be reporting this company to the bureau of consumer protections. scam company and doesn’t take care of their properties. once they took over mercury on mill and sofia apartments, the property was disgusting and no longer cared for. you can get more for your money elsewhere

Impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company. They recently bought out our apartment complex and since then things have gone so down hill, been trying to get in contact with the owner (not the manager of the property) for months and no response. Sick and tired of management changing every 6 months and the severe lack of communication, the pool always been disgusting and unusable, and the gym equipment never working. Terrible company, pay attention to what company owns your rental and don't rent with this company.
