A place you won’t regret moving into, the grounds are well kept, the neighborhood is peaceful and the list of amenities is long. Sharon was my leasing representative and I truly haven’t experienced one like her before. She was quick, fast, responsive, genuine and a person who cares about what she does. Not only did she have me moved in a day after applying but I switched apartments a day after moving in and she had everything ready for me without a hard time.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to rent.

Edit: We just moved out a few weeks ago. We got charged a $100 damage fee for carpet even though there was nothing wrong with it! Total scam.

Not sure if we got an unlucky apartment or what but we have had constant issues since we moved in 2 years ago. Within a few weeks of moving in, our air conditioner broke. We called the emergency maintenance line since it happened over the weekend and they wouldn’t send someone out to fix it since it wasn’t 80 degrees outside (it was 79). I then started to notice we would get spiders and centipedes frequently. I submitted 2 or 3 maintenance requests but quickly learned they would only send someone out to spray, and not find out why we were getting bugs. So we gave up submitting requests, and bought our own bug spray. We currently have mouse traps in our kitchen, sticky traps in the bedroom, and ant traps in the bathroom. Then, our thermostat seemed to break. It would say it was 75 degrees inside even if we had it set to 67. The maintenance people couldn’t figure out how to fix it until my boyfriend told them exactly what needed to be fixed. A few months ago, we got a mouse in our apartment. I’m pretty sure it came in due to the fact that the siding from the patio was caving in and animals could clearly fit in the hole. Not too long after the mouse, I noticed the dishwasher was leaking when we ran it. I submitted a maintenance request and they accused us of putting ajax in the dishwasher. Then about a week ago the refrigerator was leaking. It’s very clear that they do not do routine maintenance on their apartments. I have lived in other apartments before but I have never had this many issues. We pay almost $1700 a month in rent for appliances that are 40+ years old. The worst part about the apartment- you can hear every footstep above you and it makes an extremely loud screeching noise . I have had to wear earplugs every night in order to sleep because of this, which has caused 2 ear infections due to wearing earplugs every night. The property manager has tried to fix the issue twice now by sending the maintenance people to fix it but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. An actual flooring company needs to be brought in to fix the issue.
2 stars instead of 1 because the property manager Shawan is very nice.

I have been living here since September 2023. I have been very happy here. It is quiet, maintenance is quick and professional. I feel safe and comfortable here .

Her professional, concern and caring approach helped me address an urgent and potentially disastrous situation. I also want to thank the property manager, who ultimately gave the green light. I’m giving them I five star. Sharon is very nice and very understanding when it comes to questions about renting. I was denied a couple of times. I called to see why I was denied I know my credit is ok and my pay rate is ok too. They denied me because of rental history that I’m trying to fix with the courts that happened two years ago. I lost both of my jobs two years ago and I had to get help paying my rent. My rent was paid I had proof of payments. I had to dispute them to rent grow. I need to get in contact with the leasing manager for this issue and I’m unable to do so. I
Would really like to move into these apartments asap. This month. I’m hoping I’ll be able too.

Worst place I've ever lived at. Not worth the money that you pay every month. Literally gave us a deadline to pay the other half of our rent by the end of the day in illegally evicted us without court papers first thing that morning. Then the maintenance guys that took our stuff out of the house after they empty the apartment came back around and try to steal our stuff. The people that work in the office are completely rude and disrespectful. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time with these people. Morgan properties, the property management company that owns silver springs station is the worst place you could ever rent from but unfortunately they own half of Maryland. If you can afford it, stay completely away

My husband and I had a very challenging situation when attempting to move in here. Eventually, we had to pivot and move into an apartment other the one that we originally selected. Throughout the process, LaShawn was very communicative and helpful, which we really appreciated. The apartment complex is very nice, and our dogs love playing at the large dog park. The Amazon Hub has been amazing, and the area is very well lit.
