Stephanie was our realtor and when I say she was so supportive and encouraging all the way to the end. She's such an amazing person to work with and truly does build relationship with her clients. Thanks for everything!

I recently put my home on the market. Before doing so my wife and I interviewed a few realtors; Mr. Snyder gave us the best vibes. He very realistically explained both the selling points and potential issues with our house and gave us honest feedback regarding the home's value. We decided to list with him and we're glad we did; we had two full price offers within a couple of days of the listing going live. Mr. Snyder helped us through the selling process with no issues, and we closed with the buyers in less than a month. I've already recommended Mr. Snyder to a couple of acquaintances and would like to thank him for a very easy and professional experience.

I can say nothing but good things about Sierra Vista Realty! I have used them for not only purchasing a home but also currently for property management. Home buying was a great experience as it was our first time home buying and we were guided every step of the way with complete faith in our realtor. Brad Snyder is currently managing our property as we moved out of town. We have peace of mind knowing our property is being cared for. Brad is very thorough and keeps us informed on our property. Always great service when we visit to check in on our property. Would highly recommend them for your buying, selling, renting or needing property management needs!!!

I had no issues renting with Brad Snyder. I didn't have to call often for maintenance issues because the property was in good shape but when I did have to (for the AC and the garage door) he was always prompt in sending service. The service was always fast and efficient as well. He always answered my calls and if I couldn't get him on the phone he responded back to missed calls within 24 hours. He responded quickly to emails as well and was always professional. Signing for the property and closing out the property was a cinch too. Didn't take long at all (less than an hour) and my deposit was returned within a week. I would rent with him and this company again.

if there was a -10 star this would be my rating! Brad Snyder was hands down the the worst property manager I have ever encountered and after serving 24 years in the Army I have rented from a very large share of property managers. He was extremely unresponsive to all repair requests. Upon first renting the place he gave false information on propane service stating that the propane tank belonged to the house and so I could use any service available to fill it. I called the cheapest service in town and had to wait a week for them to be able to come fill it. Once they showed up they stated that the tank belonged to another company and that they could not fill it. So I called that company to come fill it and the soonest they could come out was another week and a half later. This was also the most expensive service and with was based in Douglas an hour drive from Sierra Vista. Brad was the one that leased the tank from them but yet in his incompetence he could not tell me when I first asked about the service. Throughout our time there after several maintenance requests he would finally get to it and send flyby night handymen to half ass fix the problem.
The horror story continues...Once our lease was up we decided to find another place to rent so we gave notice. He was irate with us for giving notice and upon the move out inspection he straight up exaggerated damages and costs of repairs. We ensured that the house was cleaned but he still charged a $300 cleaning fee and $300 for patching what he said was over 300 nail holes in the walls. He charged $200 to mow the yard that was mowed prior to move out but during monsoon season the grass/weeds grow supper fast. When all was said and done he took our complete deposit plus sent us a bill for $174. We took him to court with our move out pictures and all showing that he falsified all the claims Sierra Vista's good'ol buddy system failed us and we lost the case with an additional $8,000 in lawyer fees owed. We could have taken it further and would have probably won in a higher court but we were moving out of the state and would not be able to fight further. This is what Brad was counting on with me being in the military. Now two years into paying back these fees we find out from the law firm that we are sending the monthly payments to in order to have Brad put in the property owners trust account, that Brad has not giving any of the money to the property owner that had to pay the lawyer to defend his actions in court. Brad Snyder and Sierra Vista Realty is the epitome of a slum lord!

Using this company was the worst experience we've ever had with a real estate firm. The lack of effort was unbelievable. These guys just want to take a photo and collect a commission. I personally found more potential buyer's via Craigslist than my realtor Jim Maloney and he couldn't be trusted to open the door and show the place! They left the house open and unlocked. They tried to bill me 150 dollars for a home cleaning that never took place. We live in Phoenix and trusted them to help us and all they did was make things worse. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this firm at all costs.

Completely unprofessional and incapable of closing a deal!!!

I gave it one star because I had to, but honestly this place deserves 0 stars. Horrible customer service. First my husband and I drove by a home they had for rent, got the number down and he took the next morning off to go look at it, but when we called to see if it was available to see the seemingly confused receptionist said that they did not have that home under their listings. So we drove by the home again to see if we had made a mistake when taking the phone number down. Not at all. We called again and sure enough it was the right place this time we had talked to a male.(wasted time) We went into the office and again the confused receptionist could not find the home once again. We came home and found it ourselves on our computer and filled out the applications. If you are planning on renting a home from these individuals here are few things you should know... When you qualify for a house you are to put $400 down and rent it 2 weeks after qualification otherwise you lose your chance! Which I believe it to be a selfish rule... knowing that most places require a 30 day notice before move out. These people have many homes for rent.... and in my opinion it seems as they been sitting there for centuries .... No one in the office seems to be in a hurry to get these homes rented...I really wish I had the name and phone number of the actual owner of the house we are interested in. In the process of applying you are to fill out an application for each person over 18, Also A fee of $30 per adult. Let me tell you I don't think anyone in America has perfect credit..and neither do we. Our credit is above average and we make 8 times the rent of this home. With that being said be sure your Credit is impeccable! before giving these people your money. In my opinion in no way are they there to help you.
