My husband and I purchased two homes and sold one using Sierra Vista Homes, which Sonny Lee owns. We were blessed all three times to work with fabulous and knowledgeable realtors. Tina Novack , Melanie Crane, and Alexis Moore were truly exceptional. I met them when I moved from Chicago and purchased my first home in Sierra Vista. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying in Sierra Vista, and I’m so thankful I did. Tina Novack , Melanie Crane, and Alexis Moore were ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always called back no longer than 5 minutes later.

I went through a house change in 2019 and I couldn't have had a better experience. Service First is an amazing team of realtors but the one I really appreciate so much I can't place it all on this comment. Is Tina Novack. She was very professional and very knowledgeable in the realty field more than anyone I've had in the past. She also made my buying process easy and made me feel the most welcome. I cannot recommend her enough and the Service First team. They really live up to their name.
