Great service, great follow-through, on-time with appointments and paperwork, and always a pleasant demeanor. Maggie Larsen has represented the landlord I rent from for four years in Mammoth. She responded to my text at 10 PM on a Friday night when my children and I accidentally became locked out of our condo, and made several phone calls until she was able to get a locksmith to come immediately. She has never played games with lease negotiations, and has been completely honest in every positive interaction I've had with her. She maintains the largest list of rental property in the county that I've seen, and they go quickly. If I were listing or buying a house in Bishop or Mammoth, I would use her. I highly recommend Maggie for all your real estate needs.
