In my experience living at three different properties owned by this group, they are generally pleasant to live in. For example, every maintenance request I filed was handled promptly and by a friendly employee. However, I will say that I found the professionalism of my final move-out process lacking, as I was initially issued a "final statement" with a $0 balance, and then received a second "final statement" accounting for damage two weeks later. I can own up to the damage that was caused, but I do feel that no statements should be issued as a "final" one until all of the unit has been reviewed.

Unprofessional, will not do any renovations to the property, pet owners do not pick up after their animals, and overall very run down. Courtney is very unpleasant and not a good look for the company.
