We recently completed a major renovation with Sheiner Construction, including a total remodel of our kitchen, guest bathroom, master bathroom, and installation of hardwood flooring throughout one half of our home. The team completed the work in a timely, yet meticulous, fashion. Just finished having my master bathroom remodeled working with Sheiner Construction. As a first time homeowner having a first time home remodeling project, the professionalism of the team has given me a lot of confidence throughout the process ending up with beyond expectation result.

Didi was my project manager, and it has been a joy and a smooth experience working together. On the day we signed the contract, he explained to me every little detail of the project, including what to expect, detailed cost breakdown, and so many other things that I have not even thought about before.

Because it's my first home remodeling experience, I had a lot of dummy questions I kept asking Didi and he's been very patient and polite, he gave me detailed answers. He messaged me almost every other day to keep me up to date the construction progress, asked for my updates on deliveries of the items like tiles, fixtures, vanity sets, tubs etc and he's creative and flexible to shift the construction progress here and there to adjust to the delivery dates. He came to my house at least once or twice a week to monitor the progress, and he's also a very friendly and approachable person.

The crew members that came here and worked every weekday, I have never met such professional and polite crew team before. They are friendly and kept the place clean, before they left at the end of day they watered down the area to make sure it's not dust everywhere to keep my neighbors happy too. When they asked for my input of the position placement of the faucet, mirrors etc and I was indecisive, they were patiently waiting for my answers and gave me suggestions of what they would do to just give another person's perspective which I appreciated. Didi had good relationship with the crew members and they communicated frequently, together they were able to give me regular updates.

From the day we signed the contract, talked about the design and went to showrooms for shopping, getting city approvals, demolition of everything, with unexpected delivery delay of the bathtub AND the thanksgiving break, everything was completed in less than 12 weeks, which now when I think back it's a really incredible timeline. And most importantly, I'm happy and satisfied with the end result.

I would not hesitate to work with Sheiner Construction especially with Didi again for future home remodeling projects, and I would highly recommend to my friends and family.
