Sheila and her team listed my mothers house shortly after my mother passed away. They presented a marketing plan alon with copies of the comps in the area.They did an outstanding job getting the house ready for viewing even bringing in furniture to present the house in the most favorable light. We had in excess of a dozen offers in the first week $50,000 over the asking price.

During the escrow process we were in constant communication with her team and their response time was awesome.

I was completely satisfied with their efforts. I could not have asked for more. Go with the experienced broker; don’t settle for anything less.
