We would go negative if possible, Shane is the most dishonest realtor out there. He lies so much that you cant tell the difference between the truth and a lie. He cost my husband and I thousands of dollars on selling our home. We backed out of a home we were buying with him because he waited until the due diligence deadline to tell us bad news so he could trap us into buying the home. Beware of this guy!

Shane was receptive my search filters, and to my short time in Park City. This allowed me to look at relevant properties and make a purchase decision very quickly. Was able to complete all purchase steps remotely and electronically thanks to Shane and his staff.

Positives:
- We love our new home. It really is beautiful.
- The Builder was VERY friendly and we appreciate their work!
- The Design Team actually sent the wrong paint color to the Builder. Because of this mix up, the Seller included a new Fridge for us to avoid re painting the home again. We appreciated that the Sellers were willing to compensate us for the mix up.
Negatives:
- Our Landscaping is still not done. We have been told that in the next few months we’ll be contacted to have this completed. However, we’d appreciate a better schedule or anticipated date of completion. The yard was left so messy… bricks & trash everywhere.
- The Seller had a Preferred Lender – this was very frustrating because we wanted to use a specific Lender. Per the Purchase Contract; ‘Seller shall give a stainless steel upgrade to use the preferred lender. The seller agrees to pay all the costs and interest involved if the buyer takes out the construction loan’. Their incentive to have us use their Preferred Lender was annoying – and hopefully in the future this will be illegal. We decided to use the Lender we wanted, regardless of their ‘incentive’.
- The Seller has a Preferred Title Company. I would have preferred to shop around and find a Title company that I trusted – however that was not something we could do because our contract stated the following: ‘ALL closings shall go thru Northern Title’. Again…. I feel this should be illegal. My husband and I should have the right to pick our Title Company.
- More realistic deadline. The building process took 40 days longer than we were initially told.
- More communication regarding weekly progress/updates – we received very little information on progress. We would have appreciated more pictures and details.
Overall, we wish the process was smoother & more positive… but the outcome was wonderful. We appreciate the builder and everyone who worked on our home.

Shane is fabulous. Worked with him and Sierra Homes on a new build in Santaquin. Things started off a little bumpy, but when Shane got involved he really smoothed everything out and made sure everyone was happy with the final product. It is a rare thing to find an agent who is willing to work so hard to make things right. Highly recommend Shane and Sierra Homes!

We just built our house in Eagle Mountain. All in all, my experience with Broc and Roxburgh was really good. It started out a little rough at the beginning, but I don't necessarily put the fault on anyone at Roxburgh....I'll place the blame solely on our builder. The only thing that I think could be better, would be for the upgrades on new construction builds to be fully disclosed up front, in writing....If someone asks you what "the model home would cost exactly as is with all upgrades", then EVERY upgrade should be fully disclosed. We ran into some problems with this and ended up having to submit change orders to get things corrected.

WOW!!! What a quick closing and easy transaction.

Shane was so patient and very professional with our purchase the lender on the other hand was a joke and he made the process a lot easier on us and always kept us informed If it was not for him we probably would have backed out of the purchase.. If it was not something he was sure about he always made sure to get us the right answers and was always available for any questions or concerns we had.. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone!

The whole process, and experience of building a home was smooth and exciting with this team. Working with Gaylon, Aaron, Robin, and Broc, made it possible for me to build a house being so far away; Broc was available to answer all my questions. Aaron was patient, helpful, and acomodating to my thoughts, changes, and requests, I was amazed how patient he was inspite of many "I changed my mind" situations; Robin, was kind and very patient helping me be happy with my selections, she trully went the extra mile to help me; there is not enough good I can tell you about Gaylon, he was much more than kind and helpful, he was available, willing and helped me much every step of the way, I cannot thank him enough for all his help. I am convinced, they are the best; whole heartedly strongly recommend Roxburgh & Associates for your real state needs. I am so very grateful and the outcome is great; I love my home!
