Ryan was very informative. He has been doing this for 15yrs and gave my mother and I really good quality information about decreasing the humidity of our home which is causing an increase of mold. He helped us understand the causes of mold and solutions to reduce it. Ryan made us feel like he was genuinely interested in our safety and told us to invest in a small dehumidifier in order to get this mold in control.
