We had a fire at one of our hotels, out in San Francisco our hotel is quite large 7 stories and we have over a 100 rooms. It was a large commercial building. We spoke to Luke and he was super friendly and very attentive to what our needs were. He was able to make the time for us to help us out quickly and efficiently. Luke and his staff were very professional and super attentive to what our needs were especially while we were still open for business. He took the time to make sure that all our needs were taken care of for the hotel for the fire portion, as well to make sure that he did not disrupt our business with hotel guest still saying at our hotel, you could not tell that there was any work going on, and we are truly appreciative for what you and your team has done for us. I would highly recommend Luke from Servpro Burlingame office for any of your emergency needs. He will treat you like FAMILY..

Used ServPro for moving everything out of the kitchen and family room so the water damaged flooring could be replaced. Armani S. and Andrew C., the movers, were very professional, courteous, and above all very careful to not damage anything from the move out and then the move back in. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Joy (the owner?) of ServPro was very easy to work with as well. Overall, a job well done.
