Forever grateful to Howard and The Serene Team for helping us purchase our first home. Throughout the whole process, we were confident that Howard had our best interest in mind and counted on him to have our backs. He's responsive in all forms of contact and provided detailed explanations to guide us through every step. Howard's extensive experience and knowledge of the housing market prove to be invaluable throughout the whole process. He would come to open houses with us or tour a property on his own time to better understand the seller's intentions and check on the condition of the house. He regularly communicated with the seller's agent and found out crucial information that gave us a huge advantage during the bidding phase. Not only that, Howard also referred us to top notch lenders and inspectors, who were all super accommodating to our needs and worked tirelessly to help us close during the holiday season. Overall, Howard made a highly stressful process as smooth and easy as possible. Howard and the entire Serene team (shout out to Brisa and Michelle!) were absolutely incredible to work with. As a first time home buyer, I felt very out of my depth and it was very important to me to find a realtor and a team that I felt I could trust. Howard and the team absolutely delivered. They kept me informed at every step along the way, often going out of their way to explain a concept to me, and they even sent explanation videos of all the paperwork so I knew exactly what I was signing (and could watch on my own time!). The videos also made it so it was easy for me to go back and rewatch a segment if I was unclear on anything and share with others. Howard helped me negotiate an absolute killer deal on my place that actually appraised higher than what I paid for the property! He is so responsive and supportive and I really felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Howard and the team really genuinely care and wanted to help me succeed and I deeply appreciate them all! I would highly recommend working with Howard and the entire Serene team. They are wonderful!

Highly recommend the Serene Team for your real estate needs! I worked with Howard, who was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I were buying our first home and relocating to outside of the team's usual coverage-- San Diego County. We also were going through the VA Loan, and luckily Howard was an expert in that process. He went above and beyond to walk us through the home buying process every step of the way and presented all the legal jargon in a way that was very clear for us to understand. Having the anxiety that many first time home buyers experience, Howard was there to help ease our minds and give us confidence. Howard and his Team just won us over as clients for life!
