We hired Shawn for our house renovation and contractor management through word of mouth. As soon as we shared with him our vision for our house in Pasadena, he began working right away. He always exceeded our expectations and finished everything on or before the deadline. Shawn made our renovation process easy breezy, and sure saved us lots of Benjamins. He is professional, immensely detail oriented, and went above and beyond in many aspects. He gave thoughtful advices and addressed many concerns that we never could of imagined. Overall, I’m so glad our friend recommended Shawn to us, he did such a wonderful job with our home and zero headaches. Shawn is very professional and dedicated to his work. He helped us design our shop and worked with us for over 6 months, and during that time, he was always on time and did everything he can to help us. We were able to build our shop at a much faster pace and save a lot of money on construction thanks to Shawn. Highly recommend him and will definitely work with him again!

Wow...this is a long overdue review but better later than never ;). Shawn and Eric helped me create my dream boot camp fitness studio in Diamond Bar. As if being a new business owner isn't hard enough, opening a fitness studio in the city of Diamond Bar is even harder. There are so many hoops to jump through and permits to apply. Shawn helped me through the entire process including architectural drawing, city permit applications, and all kinds of construction needs. He was always prompt with responses, and was very accommodating with my insanely tight deadline. I am not an easy going person who holds high standards, and I never praise any contractors. And I've worked with probably about a dozen, so that says a lot. If it wasn't for the long holdup from the city approval, I would probably open my doors even sooner. Seriously, they went so above and beyond, I had to tell them to go home sometimes (and when do I ever get to say that to a contractor? ...like never). There were days they stayed up until 6AM and 1AM (yes you heard me, AM, that's an all nighter, y'all!) to meet my opening date. I installed fitness carpet, and they would worked with shoes off, and literally ate their lunch outside on the staircase just so they don't sail the carpets. All this is just to show you how much they care, and how hard they tried to meet my deadline. I really do now consider them as my friends and go to them for advise/referrals. Highly recommend this team!
