This is not the same Company. It was bought several years ago and is under new manager. The only employee that is still there is the salesman so all of the old reviews are not pertinent to this company which was one reason I chose them because they had good reviews I will admit that all the new folks are very nice people, but I do not think they are as experienced as the people from the old outfit, the two guys who came to install my deck were very young. The oldest I think had just graduated college a couple years ago.
During the construction I pointed out that the spacing between the deck boards varied quite a bit.some were way too wide, and they did rectify That issue, however, since then I have noticed other issues and I have included pictures showing that the middle of the deck is sagging And if you look at the deck boards, you could see there’s a gap one is sticking up higher than the other and that is due to the sagging Another picture shows a seam in the boards going across the framing, which should’ve been one solid piece instead of two separate pieces Which may be accounting for the sagging in the middle The other issue was the post leading up the steps. There was some miscalculation I guess on the measurements and there had to be two post put neck to neck there, which is looks a little awkward. but I can live with that. I called and the salesman come out and seemed to agree with the issues and said that he would get back in touch after talking to the owner and I never heard anything. It’s been about a year maybe a little more since that contact was made. so things could’ve changed and they may have a new crew now. I understand the guy who installed my deck no longer is there, but I am not completely satisfied with the job that has been done. It does look a whole lot better than what I had but I’m worried that this sagging may get worse.

A flawless experience from first visit for estimate to final closing visit to ensure all was well. Good workmanship and attention to detail. No shortcuts. Worked with me regarding small changes during construction, and welcomed my input. Kept the site organized and free of rubble, and left it clean. Great work at a competitive price.

In early 2024 we began the journey of an extensive and complete exterior remodel of our home of 25 years. This project required new siding, doors, windows, a new roof and two new decks. Sentry did a great job from beginning to end. We got exactly what we asked for…to the T… no surprises. Installation was extremely fast, and their craftsmanship was superb. They did windows, a patio door, composite siding on dormers, front porch, and bay window, and did it all in two days. I am a detail guy, so I included pics of their aluminum trim work…. it was amazing! And the icing on the cake… everything was spic and span when they pulled away. We’ll be back.
