5 Stars – Couldn’t Be Happier!

Working with Sego Homes has been an incredible experience from start to finish, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to their amazing team!

Jimmy has been an absolutely exceptional superintendent. He’s been responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process—always quick to answer my questions and go the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of both before and after closing. His attention to detail and follow-through gave me real peace of mind.

Isaac was also fantastic—super detail-oriented and totally on the ball when it came to making sure any necessary adjustments were handled correctly. He clearly takes pride in his work and it shows.

Honestly, the entire Sego Homes team showed a level of care and support that’s rare to find. They made sure I felt confident and taken care of every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough! Everyone deserves more than just high fives!!

We are so happy with the job Sego has done, and the beautiful home they built! The Nightingale floorplan has a wonderful layout, best I have seen in a townhome. We are so happy with the home, and we get a lot of compliments from anyone who comes over. Gina always kept us up to date with progress updates and pictures, and was very responsive to any questions we had during the building process. She was always very happy and a joy to work with. Brady, the building superintendent, was always very thorough in explaining features of the home, and answering any questions we had. He was amazingly helpful, even coming late at night on his day off to help us with an item after we had moved into the home. Both Gina and Brady went above and beyond our expectations, and we would easily choose to work with them again in the future.
