Went in on the 3rd to turn in paperwork permits and was treated like I was a bother. First off the man behind the counter was to busy to even say hi or hello then would not take my paperwork as they where closing in 10 min and even though the web page says 6pm. It was not even 5pm yet. Very poor customer service and this is not the first time Tom I believe his name was. They say if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customer. Thought this city was helpful as this is community development. If I could give Tom zero stars I would. Sad very sad
