It hasn't been good since we moved in.

Nobody showed up on our closing. Had to get the keys from the sales office and keep asking for updates.

They don't provide touch paint or even book that tells you what paint code you have. I recorded a used 5 gallon bucket of paint from a neighbor that a painter left them.

The CSR is absent or non responsive.

Footprints in the concrete driveway. Richmond knew about them and hoped we didn't notice. They were supposed to replace my driveway when they poured across the street and forgot about that.

Back slider won't lock and the door company has been out 3 times. You'll see in the picture it has a gap up top and down below but not in the middle. Handles are 1" off.

Front bedroom has a concrete hump in the floor from a plumbing pour back that required the carpet guys to return and try and stretch the carpet to reach the wall.

Horrible new home customer service.

We liked the nice spacious great room floor plans and large kitchens! Bedrooms were ok and neighborhood was very nice!

First of all you can never go wrong with a Richmond American home. I've seen many of them and they always have very nice designed models. This community is a little far off the beaten path but if you're looking for tranquil place and fresh air, then this is it.
