SDRE is on the forefront of ADU development in San Diego. Extremely knowledgable with unmatched expertise in the infill development space. SDRE is helping fill the need for the additional housing units San Diego desperately needs. Thanks for providing really nice moderate income units for folks like teachers, firefighters and young professionals. I believe having deed restricted moderate income units in San Diego is especially important so that people can afford to live in the communities they serve and nobody is doing this better than SDRE!

SDRE is using Vertical MVMT for their in house contractor Co owned by Jody Watkins of Bankrupt Watkins Landmark. Subcontractors and home owners beware, Watkins took Monies from projects and did not pay the vendors. All this is public Info.
