Currently Renting From A Schon Reality property and when moving in nothing seemed to be cleaned properly. The appliances were not hooked up causing the washing machine to leak all over the floor. It has now been 5 days moved in and still noone has come to hook up appliances. After a service request was also put in through the proper “portal” all of the appointments set up by the building operators seem to not show up on time or they just dont show up. Currently there has been a fire alarm beeping in the hallway for two days also which noone has showed up to take care of. I wouldn’t recommend this place from the experience iv had moving in and the current experience I am having with this property and their response to problems.

Ingenious Asset Group (11400 Culver Blvd) is the shadiest property management company that we've ever had to deal with. Just make sure to have a lawyer on standby and READ YOUR LEASE! All of it! They tried to ILLEGALLY increase our rent mid-lease. If you have any issues, good luck getting a response by email. If you call, good luck speaking to someone above the person answering the phone. We were flat out told that there was no one to talk to. No number to call. NO ONE. Fantastic! Oh and get this, regardless of how you pay your rent, there's now a fee to pay it! You're going to have to pay monthly to use the "portal." The "portal" is where you pay your rent online and make maintenance requests. Want to pay your rent by check or money order through the mail? It will cost you. Want to call in a maintenance request? They'll just tell you to use the "portal." The use of the "portal" is part of a "benefits package" fee that the property will be adding on top of your rent. Fun!

There's no such thing as thick walls in most apartment buildings. Some of the things that you will hear through the walls include vibrating phones, conversations that are crystal clear, doors closing, water rushing through the pipes behind the walls, and occasionally barking dogs. Once the barking starts, our dog loses his mind! If you can't get an apartment on the highest level, it'll sound as if Big Foot lives above you. Or a jumping rhinoceros.

When you move in, take pictures of EVERYTHING no matter how insignificant it may seem. Keep the pictures for when you move out. If the issues are significant, let management know. Get it documented in case you never get a response or if maintenance never shows up. Our apartment was poorly cleaned and there's a minimum non-refundable cleaning fee of $100+ (it might actually be $120) upon move out that they keep from all tenant's security deposits. Maybe they simply take the fee and run? Awesome!

Again, READ YOUR LEASE! You'll see all the money grabs they're hoping to make in the event you don't read your lease and miss something. Read it and don't miss anything :).

It is unfortunate that the word Experience and Luxury are just as over used and abused as the word love.
Save the trouble and look elsewhere this is not the properties that will thrive or excite you.

There was a woman who came up to me following my tour of 644 N Normandie who said there was domestic disturbances directly across the street from property and she just packed and moved to another property due to it. Thanks!

The 644 N Normandie property doesn't have any amenities (Gym, Business Center, Lounges, pool or sauna) I was to expand the properties amenities but they said that the investors and owners didn't feel it was profitable? lol GOD Bless these people!

Lastly, Edit who was giving open houses never followed up or responded to any voicemails at all this left a major impression since one of my mentors Is warren buffett who owns the real estate company she works with. Highly disappointed

Per my Operations who were very disappointed with overall experience.
ULTRA STVRSHIP OPERATIONS -
We are very disappointed to announce that our Celebrity Tastemaker influencer has moved on to other properties to influence following the very unprofessional treatment our talent received from Izzy. We were notified by our corporate headquarters that Izzy was very disrespectful and rude talking over our talent as he was speaking and abused power.

Following this call our talent contacted Enrique who said he would followup with our talent but never did following investor meeting to propose our talent to influence for not just 644 N Normandie but other properties apparently opening but not confirmed.

At this moment we have exiled all affiliations from Schon Tepler and sister properties indefinitely and have re routed a total of 7 new leases to other properties not affiliated with any of your portfolio.

We wish you the best in your endeavors but the experiences left a lasting impression that needs immediately correction or your going to have a very horrible 4th, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and another 4th quarter due to mistreatment of potential leasers and residents.
