Sold my home through Schmidt Home Consultants. Stu came out and did an inspection, walked me through the process and what I could expect. He provided estimates on renovations costs and expected outcomes at time of sale.

Renovations costs came in exactly where he said they would for the included items. There was an overrun due to a hidden leak, which was repaired properly at a fair price. He suggested adding additional scope to make the sale turnkey assuring me it would be recovered and sell faster. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and looked great when it came time for listing.

House sold quickly and brought in exactly what he said we could expect from the start with a bit more to recoup the unexpected overruns.

I was very impressed with Stu, Michelle, and their team. If I’m ever buying or selling in Maryland again they’ll be my first call.
