Dont go with positive reviews, more than 90% are fake. Either by their employees or partners. Builder is not good, they are bunch of cheaters especially their CRM team( amrin and senthil). They take your hard earned money and at the time of registration they force you to pay unjustified charges. So request you to stay away from this builder and save your hard earned money

Guys, who are purchasing property in blr are doomed. First it was Water shortages that is bound to keep on increasing after year on year and then the new law of the land for Localites in Private Job. Going forward its not viable to invest in blr. The way CBN has established HYD and now Amravati/Vizag is stupendous.
Moreover the properties has skyrocketed more than 50% in Blr but damn sure that it will be not worth to sell the same property after 5 yrs and you will not get much returned of the investment.
Invest wisely in Blr property.

Sbr is a fraud builder, they will just take the payment from the buyer and will force you to do things by their own way, sbr group is full of liars, after taking complete payment they force you to go for registration and handover the key after 2 months of registration. Think 10 times before buying property from SBR.

I purchased a flat 3 months ago.
Pros: Good location and pricing is affordable. The only reason to go with them.
Cons:
1. Really slow response from CRM 1 out of 10 follow up email will be responded.
2. All amenities are not mentioned in agreement that are there in brochure.
3. 90% are fake reviews.
