We have used Samit and his team on two home sales. Based on his excellent service and performance in the two transactions, I would highly recommend Samit to anyone selling their house. He has a very good sense of the market, excellent team that can take care of all the things needed from start to finish and excellent negotiating ability. He also doesn’t mind taking a loss on the staging fees if home doesn’t go for the pre-agreed target. In the first house, we had a specific target we had to hit to avoid a loss. Most agents said it is not possible and didn’t want to spend their time. Samit did the math and told me it is possible but very difficult. He was willing to do the staging to get the best shot and was ok with taking the loss if we didn’t hit the target. We were able to hit the target because of this and got out of a difficult situation. Finally, the main reason we picked him as selling agent is that when we were looking for a house we met many selling agents and Samit was one of the few agents who never offered to write offer as buying agent when he was the selling agent.
