Thank you Sam Engineering and Stephen for coming out to my property and inspecting the structure and reinsuring us that the structure of our home is still in good condition for the age of the home.

SAM Engineering was very knowledgeable with the home and even the history of the homes in the area. Being able to identify the renovations done to the home and provide recommendations to reinforce and extend the structure of the home.

Definitely took the time to thoroughly walk around the home and address any concerns and questions we had.

Felt comfortable and confident with Stephen’s knowledge, that I’m neither hesitant nor feel the need to get a second opinion on the recommendations and suggestions.

The owner personally came by and did an inspection of my house and also recommended the perfect contractor to resolve my issues with hot water leak and certain structural concerns I had. I was very worried. You can never be too safe in earthquake country! His service was excellent. Diamond in the rough! I think soon more homeowners will realize the value and professionalism of this new company. A+ for awesomeness!
